Many Support Christopher Dorner

“We have a little problem here. Out in LA there’s this ex-cop. He was allegedly fired for blowing the whistle on another cop who used excessive force. And now, he’s decided to take action himself, and has declared war (literally) on the LAPD. “I will bring unconventional and asymmetrical warfare to those in LAPD uniform whether on or off duty,” Dorner allegedly wrote in a lengthy letter promising retribution against the department, where he worked from 2005 until 2008. An LAPD source provided the document to CNN.

Ok, so far we have a cop who has decided that the law doesn’t work and therefore he’s not going to put up with it. That’s a (big) problem. I’ll assume for now that the alleged perp is utterly insane and has no reason for what he’s doing, other than deciding in a mentally-ill state that he wants to kill people. I’m taking this position only for the purpose of debate, as it is the most-favorable toward the LAPD and other agencies involved. If I’m wrong in that assumption then everything I write below is far worse.

Now let’s look at what has happened as a consequence: ”Two women who were shot by Los Angeles police in Torrance early Thursday during a massive manhunt for an ex-LAPD officer were delivering newspapers, sources said. The women, shot in the 19500 block of Redbeam Avenue, were taken to area hospitals, Torrance police Lt. Devin Chase said. They were not identified. One was shot in the hand and the other in the back, according to Jesse Escochea, who captured video of the victims being treated. It was not immediately known what newspapers the women were delivering. After the shooting, the blue pickup was riddled with bullet holes and what appeared to be newspapers lay in the street alongside.”

Now the cops are committing attempted murder. Nor is this the only incident- a second vehicle was also shot up but nobody inside was hit. That’s felonious assault with a deadly weapon. The alleged “offense”? The vehicles looked similar to that owned by the suspect.

The cops claim? ”Beck detailed Dorner’s alleged crimes in an unusual press conference in an underground room at police headquarters, where extra security was deployed. The chief said there had been a “night of extreme tragedy in the Los Angeles area” and that all measures were being implemented to ensure officer safety.” This includes shooting anyone who is in a vehicle that vaguely resembles the alleged perpetrator’s, even if the occupants are of the wrong gender and delivering newspapers.

Sorry folks but that act is, without question, felonious; you do not fire without a positively-identified lawful target and two women do not look like an ex-officer man.

LAPD has proved beyond any reasonable doubt through their own actions that they will assault and attempt to kill people without lawful cause or purpose and that they are manifestly unfit to be called “law enforcement officers.”

Now consider this- there are now two innocent people who were not in any way involved, nor were they driving his vehicle, nor were they of the same gender as the alleged perpetrator, that were shot by trigger-happy cops who are apparently shooting at anything that moves and vaguely reminds them of the person they are seeking. These are not the actions of reasonable, level-headed law enforcement- they are the actions of cornered rabid animals who are incapable of reason and judgment. These people are acting as feral apes, not humans. And yet they are the very same people who allege that you should trust them to keep you safe and who insist that you don’t need full-capacity magazines and weapons suitable for your own self-defense- against all murderous assailants including them.

If you believe them you’re going to get shot by criminals in blue. We are merely debating time and place, not outcome. And this is all because one person decided to “declare war” on the police.

Now consider what happens if they actually try to come take guns, and just a few dozen decide they’re not going to comply in a given area. Multiply the number of innocent civilians shot by hundreds and consider how many more so-called “vigilantes” will be created by those very jackasses-in-blue shooting people without cause- and getting away with it without themselves being arrested, indicted, tried and imprisoned.

This is how the nation descends into a “dirty, unconventional civil war” folks. It happens when the so-called “law enforcement” people do what a handful of NOLA cops did after Katrina, where they shot an unarmed man and then planted a gun on him. But those cops were (eventually) brought up on charges and tried for their felonies.

There is utterly no indication that the LAPD officers involved in this will face any sanction whatsoever…

…“This is an intelligent man who has stared into the dark heart of corruption,” Ruth Iorio, a 33-year-old LA screenwriter, wrote to HuffPost in a Facebook message. “Now he’s taking vengeance upon it, trying to turn the LAPD into the victims they have persecuted, including Kendrec McDade, Alisia Thomas and Kelly Thomas.”

Edward D., 25, told HuffPost that he started the Facebook fan page “Christopher Dorner” to “wake up the citizens and force police departments to change their ways. If they learn from this, it shouldn’t happen again.” He continued, quoting President Kennedy, in a Facebook message, “‘Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, will make violent revolution inevitable.’ -JFK”

The individual behind the Facebook page “I support Christopher Jordan Dorner” explained to HuffPost that he started the page to steer the conversation away from Dorner’s mental health.

“I knew that the media was going to turn this into just another ‘He’s a psycho ex-cop ex-military that went insane’ story, and wanted to show that there was more to what was going on than that,” the individual, who wishes to remain anonymous, wrote in a Facebook message. “There is a huge underlying story of police corruption and the plight of a man that tried his best to do good but was relentlessly punished for it.”

The page has over 2,000 likes as of Friday afternoon.
